Paquin Named ECAC Rookie of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. - Princeton's Luc Paquin was named the ECAC Rookie of the Week on Feb. 17 after a four-assist performance in the Tigers 5-3 loss to Rensselaer and a 4-2 win over Union.
Paquin, a 6' 1", 195-pound freshman defenseman, doubled his season point total by assisting on four of Princeton's seven goals on the weekend. He notched an assist vs. Rensselaer on Friday, then added three more, including two on power play goals, in the 4-2 win over Union on Saturday. Paquin has eight points (1g, 7a) this season.
Princeton (8-16-1, 7-10-1 ECAC) will take its final road trip of the regular season this weekend when it travels to Dartmouth on Friday, Feb. 22 and Vermont on Saturday, Feb. 23. The Tigers will close out the regular season by hosting Brown on Friday, March 1 and Harvard on Saturday, March 2. All games are scheduled for 7 p.m.
