Danielle Bilodeau Hired As Assistant Women's Hockey Coach

Danielle Bilodeau, a 2001 graduate of Cornell University, has been hired as an assistant coach for the Princeton women's hockey team, it was announced today by head coach Jeff Kampersal.
Bilodeau ended her career with 26 goals and 44 assists in 94 games played with the Big Red. A regular on the special teams, she scored four goals on the power play and five in shorthanded situations. She also recorded four game-winning goals and 98 penalty minutes
The 2001 team co-captain, Bilodeau earned both Ivy League and ECAC honors during her career. An honorable mention All-Ivy selection as a sophomore, she was named to the academic All-ECAC team as a junior. In 2001, she was an NCAA Hockey Humanitarian Nominee and the Tompkins County Girls Hockey Association Mentor of the Year. This past year, she played for the Beatrice Aeros in the National Women's Hockey League.
"We are very excited to have Dani join our staff," Kampersal said. "She is a worker, she is personable, and she had the opportunity to learn and play under two outstanding coaches at Cornell, Julie Sasner and Carol Mullins. Her playing experience will help our players tremendously."
