Fairfax, Va. - Hasina Outtz missed qualifying for Saturday's final in the 400-meter hurdles by one place and finished ninth on Day One of the NCAA East Regional in Fairfax, Va. Outtz was one of three Tigers to compete on Friday.

Princeton ran two in the 1,500-meter race with Carrie Strickland finishing 17th with a time of 4:31.53. Cack Ferrell placed 23rd in the event, crossing the finish line in 4:34.00. Outtz finished the 400 hurdles in 59.40.

The East Regionals conclude on Saturday with Princeton competing in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
