Men's Golf to Host Match Play at Trump National
October 17, 2013 | Men's Golf
All eight Ivy League men's golf programs will get together at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J. for two days of match play competition.
The teams will play two rounds Saturday with a final round Sunday. A bracket and tee times are available at the PDF link on this page.
Yale will start with Brown while Princeton will open with Penn, both beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday. Harvard-Cornell and Columbia-Dartmouth will start at 8:52 a.m. Saturday. The afternoon will bring winners' and consolation semifinals, while Sunday will bring a final round for all eight teams.
Princeton won the tournament last year when the Tigers hosted it at Jasna Polana in Princeton, a revival of the event after it was first held in 2009. That edition was shortened by rain at The Bay Club in Mattapoisett, Mass., with Yale and Penn sharing the title.
The tournament is the final event of the fall for the Tigers, who have played on Long Island, in Georgia and outside Philadelphia during the fall campaign.
