Temple, Hallock Named Princeton Women's Water Polo Co-Captains

PRINCETON, N.J. – Princeton University women's water polo head coach Luis Nicolao has announced that Pippa Temple and Morgan Hallock will serve as the program's co-captains next season.
“We're very happy for Morgan and Pippa,” said Nicolao. “I am sure they will do a wonderful job in a leadership position next year.”
Enjoying a breakout season, Temple poured in 36 goals, while tallying 26 assists, 13 steals, and drawing 24 ejections. Third on the squad in scoring, Temple's 26 helpers were a career-high.
Finding the back of the opposing net in 21 contests, Temple factored into the scoring in 28 of her 35 appearances. Through her first three seasons, Temple has racked up 105 goals, 58 assists, and 28 steals.
Seeing action in all 36 of the team's games, Hallock amassed 32 goals, 13 assists, and 10 steals. Also recording eight blocks, Hallock drew a team-high 98 ejections in 2015.
Scoring a goal in 17 of her outings, she notched her first career hat-trick on Feb. 7 against Villanova before tying her career-high on five other occasions during the course of the season. Hallock drew a personal-best six ejections against Michigan on Apr. 11 and Brown on Apr. 18.
