David Harding Honored As Suburban Transit GPT Athlete of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. - For his stellar performance yesterday, David Harding was selected as the Suburban Transit GoPrincetonTigers.com Athlete of the Week.
The freshman had a fantastic Sunday against Harvard, going 3-for-6 with eight RBI. His two-run single in game one tied the contest after the Tigers trailed 3-1. In the top of the seventh with his team ahead by a run, Harding put the stamp on the victory as he cleared the bases with a double. His six RBI in the game are tied for the eighth-best in program history. In game two, the second baseman added a two-run double to add insurance runs to the Tigers' 5-3 win.
Harding finished with nine RBI for the week along with three runs and a stolen base.
Princeton is 9-18 overall and 5-3 in the Ivy League. The Tigers get back at it next weekend as they travel to Penn., next Saturday (Apr. 15) and Sunday (Apr. 16). Both days will be doubleheaders that begin at 12 p.m.
