'50 Years' Alumna Spotlight: Demer Holleran '89

At Princeton...
• Won three CSA national titles individually, in 1986, '87 and '89, becoming the second Tiger to do so, along with Wendy Zaharko '75.
• Helped the team to the 1989 Howe Cup national title and the program's first Ivy title, also in 1989.
• Won four All-America honors, becoming the first Tiger to do so.
• Won four All-Ivy League honors, becoming the second Tiger to earn Ivy recognition in all four years of a career, along with Patrice McConnell '84.
• Was the program's second player, along with McConnell, to serve as team captain for two years.
After Princeton...
• Won nine U.S. national singles championships from 1989 through 1999, 10 U.S. doubles championships from 1994 through 2004, eight U.S. mixed doubles titles from 1994 through 2002, five world doubles titles from 1994 through 2004, and one world mixed doubles title in 1996.
• Won silver medals at the 1991 and 1995 Pan American Games.
• Served as the head coach at Penn from 1992 through 2001, helping the Quakers to a Howe Cup title in 2000, and served as the U.S. women's national squash team coach.
• Serves as the Director of Squash at Episcopal Academy, outside Philadelphia.
