A collaboration of student leaders, coaches, alumni, athletics administrators and University partners, Princeton Athletics has established Tigers Together, to create and maintain a culture of mutual respect, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the department; and to promote justice related to gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race and all other marginalized identities.
Executive Committee
Purpose: To lead efforts in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Princeton Athletics; identifying and moving forward opportunities for results-oriented change while working to ensure a sustainable culture of inclusion, mutual respect and unity for all throughout the department and beyond; and utilizing our platform to promote justice related to gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race and all other marginalized identities, with a specific focus on racial equity.

Task Forces
The task forces on diversity, equity, and inclusion, focused first on the experiences of student-athletes and staff of color. Comprised of student-athletes, coaches, administrators and alumni, with advisory from the Princeton Varsity Club Board of Directors' Diversity & Inclusion subcommittee and the Faculty Advisory Committee on Athletics, the initial task forces, reported to the Executive Committee, making recommendations on: Student-Athlete and Staff Experience, Student-Athlete and Staff Recruitment, Alumni Engagement, Community Action.
