Men's Hoops in Italy, Day 1: Tigers Arrive in Rome

Sunday was the first full day in Italy for the Princeton men's basketball team, which has embarked on a 10-day tour of the country as its quadrennial foreign trip.
The Tigers arrived in Rome after an overnight flight from New York and bussed into the city center for a walking tour that included the Trevi Fountain and the Piazza Navona, among the sights.Â
Following some rest to help recuperate from the six-hour time change from the East Coast, the group reconvened for dinner and an evening walk through the city to the Spanish Plaza.Â

The team remains in Rome Monday, with a visit to the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica on the schedule, plus the team's first practice of the trip.
