BRONX, N.Y. (9/15/17) - The Princeton men's cross country team finished sixth overall at the Iona Meet of Champions on Friday morning. The 8k race was held in Van Cortlandt Park, the site of the 2017 Ivy League Heptagonal Championships.

In his first season competing for the Tigers, sophomore Eli Krahn was the top finisher at 27:35.6 to finish 38th individually. Sophomore Perrin Hagge had an identical time, while freshman Matt Grossman clocked 27:35.7. The final four Tigers came across the line in succession, as sophomore Gannon Willcutts came in at 27:35.8, freshman Kevin Berry at 27:36.3, senior Wolfgang Beck at 27:36.4 and freshmen Ed Trippas at 27:37.7.

Princeton will next head to the Greater Louisville Classic in Kentucky on Saturday, Sept. 30.
