Chris Young (So., Dallas, Texas) tied a career high with 10 strikeouts in a one-hit shutout of Yale. He held the Bulldogs hitless for 5.2 innings.
Pat Boran (So., Pottsville, Pa.) was 4 for 10 with four RBIs and a runs scored in the doubleheader against Yale.
Casey Hildreth (Jr., Westfield, Mass.) hit the game winning RBI and got the win on the mound against Monmouth in his first pitching appearance since high school.

Highlights
Princeton is currently ranked No. 2 in the latest IWCLA women's lacrosse poll. They travel to No. 18 Temple and Ivy foe Harvard this week.
The Tigers handed No. 7 Delaware its first loss of the season and held the Blue Hens to 11 goals below their season scoring average in the 17-5 Princeton win.
Charlotte Kenworthy (So., Frazier, Pa.) scored four goals and added three assists in two games last week. She scored two goals in each contest and had three assists against Yale.
Kim Smith (So., Baltimore, Md.) scored eight goals last week, six against Delaware and two against Yale. She also added two assists against Yale. She leads the team in scoring with 35 total points.
WOMEN'S OPEN CREW

Highlights
Princeton got in only two races, in which the Tigers finished first in both, on Saturday before competition was postponed due to weather conditions. The boats had to deal with a direct tailwind of over 25 miles an hour with whitecaps and standing waves.
Action resumed on Monday morning as Princeton won all three races. The varsity eight finished first with a time 6:40.30, followed by Columbia in second (6:55.40) and Rutgers in third (6:58.0).
Princeton also won the second varsity eight, varsity four and both novice races. In the varsity four competition, the Tigers (boat A) crossed the finished line first in time of 7:40.70. Princeton's boat B came in second with a time of 7:47.30.

Princeton got in the two freshman races, in which the Tigers finished first in the first freshman race, on Saturday before competition was postponed due to weather conditions. The boats had to deal with a direct tailwind of over 25 miles an hour with whitecaps and standing waves.
The varsity eight finished in a time of 5:53.20, 16 seconds ahead of the Scarlet Knights (6:09.20).
In the second varsity competition, the Tigers (boat A) crossed the finished line first in time of 5:59.60. Princeton's boat B came in second with a time of 6:11.30. Rutgers finished in third (6:27.00).

The doubles team of Jyotsna Vasisht (Sr., New York, N.Y.) and Kristi Watson (So., Shawnee Mission, Kans.) won a the No. 2 position to clinch the win for the Tigers against Yale.
Julia Salzman (So., Pittsburgh, Pa.) was 2-0 on th weekend. She played at the No. 4 and the No. 6 positions.

Paul Elcock (Sr., Trinidad, West Indies) won the 100 meters with a time of 10.93, only .60 off the school Record:.
John Mack (Sr., New Haven, Mich.) won the 200 meters (21.32), the 400 meters (46.97) and also ran on the winning team in the 4x100-meter relay (40.98).

Shawneequa Callier (Sr., New York, N.Y.) and Rebecca Desman (Jr., Pittsburgh, Pa.) finished 1-2 in the high jump. Callier cleared the bar at 5' 6" and Desman cleared 5' 4 1/4".
Nikola Holmes (Fr., Apple Valley, Minn.) finished fourth in the long jump with a distance of 17' 9 3/4".
Natalie Deffenbaugh (So., Maplewood, N.J.) finished first in the 800 meters with a time of 2:12.60.
Princeton placed two runners in the top 10 of the 1,500 meters. Megan Kennedy (So., Rockville, Center, N.Y.) finished in 4:52.22 and Mattie Godzala (So., Little Falls, Minn.) timed in at 4:53.59.
