MEN'S BASKETBALL
Last week Lost to Dartmouth 57-56 (Feb. 9), defeated Harvard 69-67 (Feb. 10)This week at Pennsylvania (Feb. 13), at Columbia (Feb. 16), at Cornell (Feb. 17)
Record 10-8 (5-1 Ivy League)
Highlights
- Kyle Wente (So., Effingham, Ill.), who had a career-high 22 points, hit a game-winning 25 footer at the buzzer to knock off Harvard, Princeton had trailed by 11 with nine minutes remaining and by five with fewer than three minutes remaining
- Andre Logan (Fr., Brooklyn, N.Y.) had 13 points and nine rebounds, including four points and two rebounds in the final two minutes, against Harvard to win Ivy Rookie of the Week honors for the second straight week
- Princeton's game against Harvard had three lead changes in the final 19.7 seconds
- Princeton and Penn are tied for first, two games ahead of third-place Harvard

- Lee Culp (So., High Point, N.C.) led the Tigers with 12 points against Dartmouth. Maureen Lane (So., Seattle, Wash.) dropped in 21 against Harvard. It was the sixth time this season that Lane has scored more than 20 points
WOMEN'S ICE HOCKEY
Last Week Lost to Brown 6-2 (Feb.10), defeated Harvard 3-1 (Feb. 11)This Week at Niagara (Feb. 16 and 17)

Highlights
- Princeton's 3-1 upset win over Harvard on Sunday was the first time the Tigers have beaten the Crimson since 1997. Andrea Kilbourne (Jr., Saranac Lake, N.Y.) matched her point scoring total (38) and goals (18) from last season with goals against Brown and Harvard. Sarah Ahlquist (So., South St. Paul, Minn.) had her season high number of saves against the Crimson, turning away 29 shots-on goal
MEN'S SQUASH

Highlights
- Will Evans (So., Aukland, New Zealand), David Yik (So., N. Vancouver, B.C.), Eric Pearson (So., Philadelphia, Pa.) and Will Osnato (Fr., Brooklyn, N.Y.) all won against Harvard
- Harvard's Shondip Ghosh outlasted Princeton's Danny Rutherford (So., Calgary, Alberta) 17-15 in the fifth game for the deciding point
- Harvard's win left Princeton one game behind the Crimson in the Ivy standings, a Yale win over Harvard next week would create a three-way tie for the championship
WOMEN'S SQUASH

- Julia Beaver (Sr., Brooklyn, N.Y.), Meredeth Quick (Sr., Lakewood, Colo.) and Courtenay Green (Jr., Sands Point, N.Y.) all won against Harvard

WOMEN'S SWIMMING AND DIVING

Highlights
- Senior Sangeeta Puri (Los Angeles, Calif.) won two events - the 50 free (24.49) and the 100 back (57.97). Puri also swam the anchor leg of the relay team that won the 200-medley relay. The Tigers won 12 out of 13 events
MEN'S SWIMMING AND DIVING
Last Week Defeated Columbia 164-79 and Navy 164-78This Week at Eastern championships (March. 1-3)
Record 10-0, 7-0 Ivy
Highlights
- The Tigers won nine out of 13 events against Columbia and took 10 out of 13 against Navy. Kevin Weiner (Fr., Medford, N.J.) (1,500 and 200 fly) and Jesse Gage (So., Dix Hills, N.Y.) (50 free and 100 free) won two events apiece at Navy
MEN'S ICE HOCKEY
Last Week Won 4-1 vs. Cornell (Feb. 9) and lost 7-4 vs. Colgate (Feb. 10)This Week at Rensselaer (Feb. 16) and at Union (Feb. 17)

Highlights
- Shane Campbell (Sr., F, Red Deer, Alberta) scored one goal against Cornell.
- Junior forward Brad Parsons (Jr., Kingston, Mass.) scored two goals against Cornell on Friday night, and then scored two goals against Colgate on Saturday night
- With points in both games this weekend David Schneider has scored one point in each of the last six games.
MEN'S FENCING

Highlights
- Men's fencing team won both the sabre and the ep?e competitions at Pennsylvania, but the Quakers won the foil competition 8-1, which was the deciding factor in the match.
- Freshman standout Soren Thompson (San Diego, Calif.) won all three of his matches against Pennsylvania in the ep?e competition.
- The Tigers won all nine ep?e bouts against Vassar on Saturday.
WOMEN'S FENCING
Last Week Won 20-7 vs. Cornell (Feb. 10), won 22-5 vs. Farleigh Dickinson (Feb. 10), won 20-7 vs. James Madison (Feb. 10), won 23-4 vs. Vassar (Feb. 10), won 17-10 at Temple (Feb. 11) and lost 15-12 at Pennsylvania (Feb. 11)Next Week Idle

- Maya Lawrence (Jr., Teaneck, N.J.) and Kritiina Hurme (Sr., San Antonio, Texas) won all three of their respective ep?e matches against Pennsylvania on Sunday
- Princeton won the women's sabre competition 8-1 against Pennsylvania, but lost the match 15-12
- Princeton's loss at Pennsylvania on Sunday was its first to a conference opponent this season

MEN'S INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD

Highlights
- Josh McCaughey (Fr., W. Kingston, R.I.) won the weight throw competition, qualified for the NCAA's and broke a 21 year-old Princeton record at the H-Y-P meet on Saturday. His throw of 67' 6.75" broke the record previously held by 1980 NCAA weight throw champion Dave Pellegrini. Princeton won 10 other events won the meet with 89 points to 43 for Yale and 38 for Harvard
WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD

Highlights
- Princeton received strong performances from event-winners Lauren Simmons (Jr., Nashville, Tenn.) in the 800 meters, Rebecca Haarlow (Sr., Hindsdale, Ill.) in the triple jump, and Khalila Thomas (Sr., Hudson, Ohio) in the shot put. Harvard won the meet with 71 points, Yale was second with 55 and Princeton was third with 32 points
Men's Tennis
Last Week Lost 6-1 vs. Texas (Feb. 9)This Week at ITA Indoors (Feb. 15-18) in Seattle, Wash.
Highlights
- Trevor Smith (So., Hilton Head, S.C.) was the only Princeton player to win a match against Texas last Friday, as he defeated Jorge Haro of Texas 2-0 (6-4, 6-0)
- Kyle Kliegerman (Sr., New York, N.Y.) won the first set of his match against Texas' Jean Simon, but lost to Simon 2-1.
- Judson Williams (Jr., Raleigh, N.C.) dropped his singles match 2-0 against Texas' Craig Edmondson.
Women's Tennis

Highlights
- Sophomore Kavitha Krishnamurthy (Oakville, Ont.) defeated Virginia's Annie O'Donnel 2-0 (6-1, 6-0).
- Avanti Bhargava (Fr., Franklin Lakes, N.J.) defeated Virginia's Kelly Weaver 1-6, 6-4, 7-6 (5).
- Shikha Uberoi (Fr., Delray Beach, Fla.), who is Princeton's No. 2-singles player, was unable to play this weekend due to an injury.
Men's Volleyball

Highlights
- Freshman Jason Liljestrom (Irvine, Calif.) had 39 assists and a team-high 10 digs in the win at Springfield.
- Senior Steve Cooper (Webster, N.Y.) and Dennis Alshuler (So., Newport Beach, Calif.) each had 14 kills on Friday against Springfield.
- Alshuler had an incredible .444 hitting percentage in 3-0 win at Springfield.
