Kroshus Competes at the NCAA Cross Country Championships

Terre Haute, Ind. - Emily Kroshus (Jr., Calgary, Alberta) wrapped up the 2002 season as she competed at the 2002 NCAA Cross Championships hosted by Indiana State University at the Wabash Family Sports Center. Kroshus, the lone athlete representing Princeton at the meet, placed 81 with a time of 21:07.5.
This was Kroshus' second trip to the NCAA championships. Last season Kroshus placed 124. Shalane Flanagan of North Carolina is this year's individual meet champion, crossing the finish line at 19:45.9. Bringham Young captured the team title for the second consecutive season.
