Wrestling Falls To Rutgers, 28-13

PRINCETON, NJ -The Princeton men's wrestling squad dropped to 3-17 in dual matches this season with a 28-13 loss at Rutgers on Saturday night. The Tigers won four out of 10 bouts in the match.
Brian Kirschbaum (So., Madison, NJ) earned a 3-1 decision over Matt Veltri at 125 lbs. and Juan Venturi (Sr., Katy, TX) picked up a 14-4 major decision against Jon Rodriguez at 141 lbs. Sixth-ranked Greg Parker (Jr., Clifton Park, NY) remained undefeated in dual matches this season with a 6-4 decision over Andy Roy at 174 lbs. Matt Fisher (So., Pompton Lakes, NJ) also put points on the board for the Tigers with a 8-7 win over John Foscolo at 197 lbs.
Princeton is now 3-17. The Tigers host Pennsylvania on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. in Dillon Gymnasium.
