Fraumann, Hsiao Begin NCAA Championships

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Senior Sarah Fraumann placed 53rd at the NCAA Championships in the 400 free, while junior Stephanie Hsiao placed 58th in the 200 IM, as the two Princeton Tigers made their first showings at the top collegiate meet of the year, which is being hosted by Texas A&M.
Fraumann was part of the second event of the championships, the 400 free. She finished in a time of 4:15.24. Fraumann won two individual events in the Ivy League championships, won by Princeton. She took the 500 free and the 1650 free. Hsiao placed 58th in the 200 IM in a time of 2:18.00, an event that was one of three individual races that she won at the Ivy League championships.
Princeton ended its regular season ranked 23rd in the nation. Princeton has won the last five Ivy League championships.
