Tigers Place 13th at IC4A Championship Meet

Senior Wayne Hopp finished 33rd overall in a time of 25:53.2 to lead Princeton to a 13th-place finish at the 2005 IC4A Cross Country Championships Saturday afternoon at Van Cortlandt Park.
The Tigers finished with a team score of 311 in the 20-team, five-mile race. Duke won the race with a score of 98.
Junior Paul Rosa finished 49th overall in 26:04 for the Tigers, while Jeff Byrne was 73rd overall in 26:22.
Charles Ballew, a senior, was 78th in the race in 26:25, while classmate John Basier was 89th in 26:35.
Princeton's Frank Macreery and Dave Nightengale will compete as individuals in the NCAA Cross Country Championships Monday afternoon in Indiana.
