NEW YORK CITY - The Princeton men's swimming & diving team finished its 2004-05 regular season with a 140-98 victory over Columbia Friday night. The Tigers, who only suffered one regular-season loss this season, will look to defend their EISL title during the first weekend of March.
Princeton opened the night by winning the 200 medley relay in 1:33.47, and Princeton followed it with a trio of individual wins. Ryan Dvorak got the run started by taking the 1000 free in 9:41.17, and Justin Chiles (200 free, 1:41.88) and Will Reinhardt (50 free, 20.95) followed up with victories of their own.
Following a victory for Ken DeMond in the 1-meter dive (308.77), the Tigers went 1-2-3 in the 200 buttefly. Sophomore Meir Hasbani won in 1:52.26, and Ryan Becker and Ryan Rimmele finished 2-3.
Ryan McCabe won the 100 free in 47.30, Mike Zee won the 200 back in 1:51.14 and Childs finished another run of wins with a victory in the 500 free (4:40.79).
