PRINCETON - The Princeton women's swimming & diving team won seven events during a 115-98 victory over Columbia on Senior Night. This is Princeton's final home meet until it hosts the 2005 Ivy League Championships during the last weekend of February.
Princeton swept the home weekend, which began with a nonleague victory over Kenyon Friday night. Due to technical difficulties, the results of that meet were not available following the meet. When they become available, they will be posted on GoPrincetonTigers.com on the schedule & results section.
The Tigers won the 200 medley relay (1:49.21), the 200 free relay (2:00.12) and the 500 free relay (4:34.60) in the win over Columbia. Four Tigers won individual events: Jessica Case (200 free, 1:57.43); Sobenna George (50 free, 24.46); Aly Spencer (100 free, 53.81) and Sarah Schaffer (100 back, 59.78).
The Tigers honored the four members of the Class of 2005 Saturday afternoon: Stephanie Hsiao, Amy Jones, Maggie Littlefield and Nicole Somers.
