Neil Mehrotra of the men's lightweight crew has been named the winner of the Class of 1916 Cup.
The Class of 1916 Cup is presented to the varsity letterwinner who, continuing in competition in his or her senior year, achieved at graduation the highest academic standing. It was given by the Class of 1916 on the occasion of its 50th reunion.
An economics major from Eden Prairie, Minn., Mehrotra won the Read Award as the member of the lightweight crew who made the most improvement in his four years with the program.
