Terrell Heads Princeton's 10 Fall Academic All-Ivy League Selections

Jeff Terrell, the Bushnell Cup winner who this fall led the Princeton football team to its first Ivy League championship in 11 years, heads a group of 10 Tiger athletes to be named Academic All-Ivy League for the fall of 2006.
The Academic All-Ivy League program recognizes five men and five women from each of the eight Ivy League schools each season. To be eligible, an athlete must have at least a 3.0 grade-point average, must be at least a sophomore and must be a significant contributor to his or her team.
Terrell threw for 2,445 yards while earning unanimous first-team All-Ivy honors and leading Princeton to a 9-1 record in football. Terrell is a senior religion major from Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
The other nine Princeton selections are:
Brendan Circle, Terrell's favorite target and another first-team All-Ivy League selection. Circle is a junior economics major from Villa Park, Calif.
Reid Joseph, a second-team All-Eastern selection in men's water polo. Joseph is a senior economics major from Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.
David Nightingale, an All-America in cross country who finished 39th in the NCAA championship race. Nightingale is a junior politics major from West Hartford, Conn.
Nicholas Seaver, a first-team All-Eastern and All-Southern water polo selection. Seaver is a senior economics major from Arcadia, Calif.
Parker Henritze, a first-team All-Ivy League selection in women's volleyball. Hentritze is a sophomore from Atlanta, Ga., who has not yet declared a major.
Catha Mullen, who captained the women's cross country team to the Ivy League and NCAA Mid-Atlantic regional championships. Mullen is a senior politics major from Bronxville, N.Y.
Diana Matheson, a unanimous first-team All-Ivy League women's soccer player for the third straight season. Matheson is a junior economics major from Oakville, Ont.
Taylor Numann, a first-team All-Ivy League selection in women's soccer. Numann is a sophomore from Campbell, Calif, who has not yet declared a major.
Mia Swenson, the women's cross country team's top finisher in all but two races this season. Swenson is a senior economics major from South Hamilton, Mass.
