General Ticket Information
- Tickets are mailed approximately 10 days prior to the game
- No refunds or exchanges
- All sales are final
- All Season Ticket orders must be received by the respective sports' Season Ticket Deadlines
- All individual orders for Home games must be received by noon on the Friday prior to the game
- All individual orders for Away games must be received by noon on the Thursday prior to the game
