Ten Tigers Honored as Spring Academic All-Ivy League Selections

Ten Princeton athletes, each representing a different spring sport,
were honored as Academic All-Ivy League selections for the spring
season. The group includes six student-athletes that received
all-league honors.
The Academic All-Ivy League program recognizes five men and five women from each of the eight Ivy League schools each season. To be eligible, an athlete must have at least a 3.0 grade-point average, must be at least a sophomore and must be a significant contributor to his or her team.
The 10 Princeton selections are:
Elyse Colgan was an All-Eastern selection and the Southern Most Valuable Player for the fourth time in her career. The senior is a member of Princeton's Woodrow Wilson School and hails from Annapolis, Md. She was also the team's leading scorer.
Will England was a member of Princeton's 2006 Henley Championship crew. The senior from Marblehead, Mass., is an Operations Research and Financial Engineering major.
Sal Iacono was a first-team All-Ivy selection in baseball and won the Blair Bat Award as the player with the top batting average in the Ivy League. The Staten Island, N.Y., native is an economics major.
Zachary Jungers was a first-team All-Ivy selection on the men's lacrosse team as the Tigers reached the NCAA tournament. The senior is a politics major and hails from Phoenix, Md.
Katie Lewis-Lamonica led the women's lacrosse team in scoring and was a unanimous first-team All-Ivy selection. The junior attends the Woodrow Wilson School and is from Lawrenceville, N.J.
Catha Mullen was the Heptagonal Champion in the 3,000 meters and qualified for the NCAA Regionals in the 5,000 meters. The politics major is from Bronxville, N.Y.
Darcy Robertson received all-Ivy honors in both singles and doubles for the women's tennis team. The senior from Harwington, Conn., attends the Woodrow Wilson School.
Sratha Saengsuwarn was a second-team All-Ivy player in men's tennis. The senior from Bangkok is majoring in Computer Science.
John Sawin placed fifth at the Ivy League Men's Golf Championships and won the Princeton Invitational in the fall. The Haverford, Pa., native is an economics major.
Genevra Stone was a 2007 All-Region selection as a member of Princeton's open crew. The Newton, Mass., native is majoring in history.
