Everin Provides Lone Win In Wrestling Loss At Lehigh
November 23, 2008 | Wrestling
A victory by senior captain Marty Everin was Princeton's lone highlight in a 41-3 road loss to annual Eastern wrestling power Lehigh. Everin, who had a solid opening weekend at the Binghamton Open as well, jumped out to a 2-0 lead and kept the pressure on in an 8-2 victory over Sean Bilodeau at the 157-pound weight class.
Head coach Chris Ayres, a former All-America wrestler and longtime assistant coach at Lehigh, will bring his squad to a tri-meet at Rutgers during the first weekend of December.
