PRINCETON -- The 20th-ranked Princeton men's water polo team picked up its first win of the season with a 14-9 victory against 19th-ranked Brown on Sunday afternoon during the Princeton Invitational at DeNunzio Pool. Junior Eric Vreeland had three goals as the Tigers bested their Ivy rivals.

Princeton carried the momentum into the third period and broke the game open with a pair of quick goals from Vreeland and senior Brendan Colgan. Brown cut the lead back to one goal, but the Tigers countered with three more goals in the period to hold a 10-6 lead and never looked back in the 14-9 win.
