Class Of 2009 Graduates With 42 Ivy League Championships

Today is Graduation Day at Princeton University, and the Class of 2009 takes with it a combined total of 42 Ivy League championships.
In addition, Princeton's most recent graduating class totaled 26 All-Americas and 107 All-Ivy League selections.
During the past four years, Princeton won the Ivy League's unofficial all-sports points championship four times, running the streak for the school to 23 straight years. Of the 33 teams at Princeton that compete in Ivy League sanctioned sports, a total of 25 won at least one Ivy title during the last four years.
The 42 Ivy League titles are 12 more than the next-highest total of 30, reached by Harvard and Cornell.
Princeton won 11 Ivy League championships this past year, reaching double figures for the 17th time. Harvard has had three double figure academic years; no other league team has ever done so.
Princeton has won 390 Ivy League championships all-time, the most of any Ivy school.
