Caroline Rehfuss scored the game-winning goal in overtime to give Princeton an 11-10 victory over No. 7 Dartmouth, advancing the Tigers to the Ivy League Tournament. She led Princeton in scoring with a career-high four goals on the afternoon. She scored Princeton's first goal in both the first and second halves and added her third at 12:27. With 23 seconds left in the first overtime Rehfuss was awarded a free-position attempt but her shot went wide. The Tigers maintained possession and with three seconds left Charlotte Davis threw the ball into Rehfuss on the doorstep. Surrounded by defenders, Rehfuss threw the ball into the goal for the win. |
