Men's Water Polo Falls to Brown at Ivy Championships

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (10/30/11) -- Brown controlled play from the first sprint and defeated the 14th-ranked Princeton men's water polo team 16-5 on Sunday in the title game of the Ivy League Championships. Matt Weber scored three goals in the loss.
Brown raced to a 5-1 lead after a quarter and although Princeton and Brown each traded four goals in the second, the Tigers could not claw back into the game. Brown outscored Princeton 7-0 in the second half.
Princeton falls to 17-8 with the loss. The Tigers host the Southern Championships next weekend.
