| 1986 | Patty Kazmaier '86, for whom the future Patty Kazmaier Award for the top player in women's college hockey would be named, finishes her career with four All-Ivy League honors and the 1986 Ivy League Most Valuable Player award |
| 1990 | Twenty-four years before she became the Ford Family Director of Athletics at Princeton, Mollie Marcoux '91 sets the program record for goals in a season at 35, breaking Kelly O'Dell's record of 32 for a record that still stands |
| 1995 | Katherine Issel '95 sets the program record for career assists at 122, a record that still stands and is 26 more than any other player in program history |
| 1996 | Jeff Kampersal '92 is named the team's head coach and has recorded 284 wins to date, by far the most in program history |
| 1998 | Tamara Orlow '98 sets the program record for both saves in a season (842) and saves in a career (2,217), records that still stand |
| 2003 | Princeton wins 20 games for the first time, going 20-9-2 and reaching the ECAC semifinals |
| 2006 | Princeton enjoys its best season in program history, going 21-8-4 and earning a bid to the NCAA tournament for the first time |
The 150th anniversary of the first intercollegiate athletic event in Princeton University history will be Nov. 22, 2014, which will be 150 years to the day that Princeton defeated Williams 27-16 in a baseball game. As part of the 150th celebration, Princeton will be commemorating the history of each of its 38 varsity teams, in reverse order of the time they became varsity programs.
