The Betty Constable W36 h36 Fund for Women?s Squash
April 28, 2014 | General
In 2009, a fund was created as a tribute to women's squash coach and legendary squash icon Betty Constable W36 h36, the first head coach of Princeton squash. With Betty's unique leadership, the Tigers became known as “the squash factory” because they “squash[ed]” every opponent, with 117 wins, seven individual national champions, and ten undefeated teams. Through the generosity of an anonymous donor, a major gift has been made with a goal to raise the additional $2 million in gifts necessary to support the women's squash coaching position in memory
