The Tigers (6-1, 4-0 Ivy League) have won five straight meets since a season-opening loss at No. 9 Ohio State. Following four straight Ivy League wins, the Tigers defeated reigning Patriot League champion Navy 171-129 last Saturday in the first official home event for a Princeton team in 2015.
Teo D'Alessandro, Connor Maher and Michael Manhard were each double winners for Princeton in the victory over Navy, and they will be among the Tigers who will be challenged Friday against a very strong Wolfpack team that already has victories this season over No. 3 Georgia and No. 21 Virginia.
This meet will be the Tigers' final test before the crucial February stretch begins, when Princeton heads to Boston for H-Y-P weekend (Jan. 31-Feb. 1). Following a meet at Columbia, all eyes will be focused back on DeNunzio Pool, where Princeton will serve as host for the 2014 Ivy League Championships (Feb. 26-28).
While that meet will undoubtedly pack DeNunzio Pool, Friday's meet will be the final one for the full Class of 2015. That group of 12, which is listed below, will be honored during the meet:
Diogo Adrados
Oliver Bennett
Mauricio Gonzalez-Aranda
Victor Hsiao
