Oct. 8 TigerCast: Sabrina King & Kedric Bostic
October 08, 2015 | Football, General, Women's Volleyball
One team is looking to get back into the Ivy League race, while another looks to maintain full momentum as it gets closer to the heart of that race. Women's volleyball coach Sabrina King and senior quarterback/do-it-all-man Kedric Bostic are guests on the Oct. 8 edition of TigerCast.
King, who won multiple Ivy League championships for Princeton as both a player and assistant coach, will lead Princeton into the upcoming home weekend looking to jump back into the Ivy race. A young roster dropped its early league matches, but the Tigers will host both Columbia and Cornell this weekend. She talks about both the youth and her senior standout, Kendall Peterkin, as well as the positive attitude that has stayed in practices this weekend.
Bostic came to Princeton as a highly touted quarterback, but head coach Bob Surace has made sure that the athletic senior from Jupiter, Fla., gets as many touches as possible in this high-octane offense. Bostic talks about his varied role in the offense, what it was like playing in last Friday's rainstorm against Columbia, and the importance of maintaining momentum against Colgate.
If you are new to TigerCast, the weekly Thursday podcast will provide an in-depth look at Princeton teams through interviews with coaches and student-athletes. The podcast will feature all 38 Tiger teams throughout the year, and there will also be information on key upcoming events during each show.
