Princeton Heads To Penn Still In Ivy Title Hunt
November 21, 2019 | Football
The Princeton football team enters Week 10 still with a chance at a piece of the Ivy League championship.
The Tigers need some help, specifically from Harvard (against Yale) and Brown (against Dartmouth). And, of course, none of that matters if Princeton doesn't get a win in the season finale against Penn.
In fact Princeton needs all three of those things to happen to win another Ivy title. Still, as long as there's the possibility, it brings intrigue to the season-finale.
Beyond that, there's also the fact that it's Princeton and Penn, who meet for the 111th time as they get together on Franklin Field. The Quakers need a win to finish above .500, and Princeton is looking to stop its modest two-game losing streak after 17 straight wins.
