STOCKTON, Calif. – No. 7 Pacific Tigers took down the No. 12 Princeton Tigers, 14-8, on Monday evening.
Pacific held Princeton off the scoreboard for the first seven minutes of action, taking a 4-1 lead into the second quarter. Princeton closed within two, but Pacific extended its advantage back to four, 8-4, at the break.
The home team put the game away with five straight tallies to begin the second half. George Caras and Pierce Maloney led the Tigers with two goals each.
Princeton continues its West Coast trip with a battle vs. No. 2 California on Wednesday (9 p.m.).
