No. 6 Men's Water Polo Collects Major NWPC Tournament Honors

PRINCETON – After winning the NWPC Championship for the third straight season, the No. 6 Men's Water Polo Team collected major NWPC Tournament Awards.
Roko Pozaric was the MVP of the tournament after posting three goals vs. Iona and five more tallies vs. No. 11 Harvard in the championship contest. He was also first-team All-Tournament. Kristóf Kovács was first-team All-Tournament behind his 21-save performance vs. Harvard.
Logan McCarroll was also first-team All-Tournament as he corralled four goals vs. Iona with two helpers along with three points in the title game.
Yurian Quinones earned second-team honors with two goals and three assists vs. Iona and a goal vs. Harvard.
Dustin Litvak was named the Coach of the Tournament after leading the No. 1 seeded Tigers to the crown. Princeton became the first Collegiate Water Polo Association team to win its third straight conference title since Navy from 2006-08. It's the eighth conference crown in program history and ninth NCAA Tournament appearance.
The Tigers will take on the No. 8 UC Irvine Anteaters in the NCAA Quarterfinals on Dec. 1 at 5 p.m.
