Fencing Teams Get Six Wins at Elite Invitational

In the teams' first competition of the season, the Princeton fencing teams combined for six wins at the Penn-hosted Elite Invitational on Sunday.
Princeton, ranked No. 4 for both men and women, in the U.S. Fencing Coaches Association's preseason poll, defeated three fellow top-10 teams, with the men defeating No. 6 Ohio State 22-5, the women defeating No. 10 Ohio State 15-12, and the women defeating No. 5 Northwestern 15-12.
Results are below. The Tigers will compete again on Dec. 8 at the Sacred Heart Duals, hosted by Vassar in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
