No. 5 Princeton Takes Season Opener Over No. 18 Western Ontario

Eight three-game wins highlighted the No. 5-ranked Princeton men's squash team's 8-1 win over No. 18 Western Ontario on Sunday in St. Catharines, Ont.

Western, based in London, Ont., came east to play the match at Ridley College in St. Catharines, just over the border from Buffalo and Niagara Falls.

Hollis Roberts, Avi Agarwal, Aly Ibrahim, Andrew Glaser, Justin Cheng and David Beeson swept the first six positions while Sam Fishman and Chase Greppin turned in wins at eighth and ninth. At seventh, Western's Rio Schafer outlasted Yanai Ramot to prevent the sweep, winning in five games.

Princeton will head to No. 8 Drexel to continue its season on Saturday.
