Ahmed Hussein, Avi Agarwal, Zain Ahmed and Thomas Rosini were named to the men's squash All-Ivy League teams, the league office has announced.
Hussein, a senior, is a first-team honoree, while junior Agarwal, and seniors Ahmed and Rosini were second-team selections. It's the first All-Ivy honor three of the four Tigers, with Rosini having earned All-Ivy recognition last season.
Hussein has compiled a 4-4 record in duals this season between first and second positions, while Agarwal has gone 7-3 between first, second, third and fourth positions, Ahmed has gone 6-4, also between first, second, third and fourth, and Rosini has gone 8-2 between third, fourth, fifth and sixth positions. Agarwal, an economics major, is also Princeton's Academic All-Ivy selection.
Hussein, Ahmed and Agarwal all competed in the Pool Trophy draw, the top draw at the CSA individual championships, with each falling in the round of 32.
The four have helped Princeton to a 9-1 overall record and 5-1 in the Ivy League this season, carrying a No. 2 national ranking. The team will have one more regular-season dual match, Feb. 23 against Virginia in Princeton, before the CSA team championships begin March 6.
