Earned 133-pound starting spot for second straight year at EIWA Championships and helped Princeton place third with a victory by fall over Hofstra's Jacob Martin … picked up dual wins over both Brown and Drexel … had three victories at the F&M Open and one at the Tiger Open and had a 7-15 record overall.
2017-18
Placed fifth at 133 in first EIWA Championships; upset two higher-seeded opponents along the way … won five matches in collegiate debut weekend at the Princeton Open … won twice at the Navy Classic … opened season as starter at 125, then suffered injury and ultimately returned at 133 due to other roster injuries … biggest regular-season win came at Harvard, where he overcame an early deficit with a third-period fall to help Princeton post 21-16 win … added win over Virginia Tech ... had a 13-10 record overall.
Before Princeton: Two-time New York state champion … four-time Nassau County champion … reached three state finals … two-time Fargo All-American … 2015 New York state triple crown winner … NHSCA national champion (2015) … 2017 Eastern States champion … posted a 153-12 record in high school … two-year team captain … also played lacrosse … two-time first-team selection on the All-Long Island Team … member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society.
