Ieisha Jackson currently serves as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Programming. In this role, she oversees the scheduling of Princeton Athletics’ 38 varsity sports and serves as the game day event manager for select home athletic events. While coordinating with coaches, staff, and university organizations to manage facility space schedules for athletic contests, practices, and special events, she also monitors all contractual arrangements for home and away intercollegiate contests.
Ieisha got her start at the University in July 2018 as the Director of Operations for Track & Field/Cross Country where she managed the teams’ day-to-day operations and administration including coordination of travel, meet management, and team equipment. Ieisha also served as the Manager of Event Operations and Manager of Intercollegiate Programming at Princeton prior to her current role.
Jackson came to Princeton from Temple University where she served as the Director of Operations for their women’s track and field program. While at Temple, Jackson received her M.S. in Sport Business with a concentration in athletic administration in 2018. During the summer of 2017, Jackson worked as an events intern at the USA Track & Field (USATF) National Office.
A native of Steelton, Pa., Jackson attended California University of Pennsylvania where she graduated with a B.S. in Sport Management in 2016. While at Cal U, she was a member of the women’s varsity track and field team serving as team captain during her junior and senior years. In the fall of 2019, Jackson was selected to Cal U’s Inaugural Under 40 Class, a recognition bestowed upon young alumni who are leaders in their field, community, and in society as a whole. Jackson is also a member of the inaugural cohort of Princeton's Nassau Fellows.
Ieisha is a member of Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA), Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA), and Women Leaders in Sports, where she is a graduate of the 2024 Institute for Advancement class.
