Kaitlin Dobiesz is Assistant Director of Aquatics, Programming.
At Princeton Since 2011, Kaitlin began lifeguarding and teaching swimming at the age of fifteen. She got involved in recreation as an undergraduate, at the Cook/Douglass Recreation Center, serving on the Recreation Advisory Council and becoming a member of NIRSA (National Intramural Recreational Sports Association.) From 2009-2011, she was aquatics graduate assistant at Ashland University. Kaitlin holds a bachelor’s in communication from Rutgers and a M.Ed. in sports management from Ashland.
Born in Wayne, New Jersey, she grew up in Pines Lake where she was a member of Pioneer Aquatic Swim Club, out of William Paterson University. She resides in East Brunswick with her husband and two children. Away from the pool, she enjoys spending time outside, especially at the beach and attending sporting events.
