Katie Lytle started as the Assistant AD for Budget and Planning in 2023. Her primary responsibilities are providing support for athletics budget development, management, and forecasting and financial reporting. Before joining the department, she served as the Assistant AD for Business at Catholic University. In this capacity, Lytle managed the budget and oversaw business operations for the athletic department and its 25 varsity teams. Her first role working in college athletics was an internship with the Centennial Conference Office after graduating from Swarthmore College in 2014.

Lytle holds bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and economics. During her time at Swarthmore, she was a member of the basketball and track & field teams. Lytle completed a dual degree graduate program at Ohio University, earning her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Sports Administration (MSA).

A native of Harrisburg, Pa., Lytle is a member of Women Leaders in College Sports and College Athletic Business Management Association (CABMA).
