Associate Director of Athletics for Staffing and Administration, Kim Meszaros, started working for Princeton University Athletics in 1995.Â
With a business management degree from the College of New Jersey, Kim began her career in the family retail business before coming to Princeton in 1995 as recruiting secretary in the football office.Â
In 2000, Kim joined the athletic administration in the role of computing support and scheduling coordinator before serving as the assistant to the athletic director in 2001. Â Since that time, her role has expanded into serving as the departmental professional in human resources. She holds two certifications: Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).Â
In 2014, Kim won the Princeton University Presidential Achievement Award and in 2016, the Department of Athletics Lorin Maurer Award. She has served on various focus groups and most recently on the Palmer House Advisory Board.Â
Kim enjoys hiking, biking, attending concerts and sporting events with her friends & family, and birding. Kim is married to Greg Meszaros, who has been a manager in the Office of Information and Technology (OIT) for over 30 years. They have a daughter, Paige, and son, Ryan.
