Lauren Conroy joined The Princeton University Athletic Department in December 2025 as the Athletics Administrative Assistant. In this role, she supports the Ford Family Director of Athletics and the Associate Director of Staffing and Administration.
Prior to her current role, Lauren served as the Coordinator of Facilities at Villanova University, running point on all volleyball and softball event operations, as well as assisting in Football and Basketball game day operations. Lauren was also responsible for the student workforce.
Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey, where she competed on the softball team.
Lauren is a resident of Hillsborough and enjoys golfing and cooking in her free time.
