Neal Moyer began his career at Princeton as an Aquatics Assistant at Denunzio, working in a temporary capacity for a year. He was then hired as a casual hourly employee in Events and Operations. In September 2024, Neal transitioned to a full-time role in Athletics IT as an IT Support Specialist.

Neal holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Education from Rutgers Graduate School of Education. He has an extensive IT background, having served as the Manager of IT for an agency within the New Jersey Department of Labor, where he was the sole IT support for 45 employees across two offices.

In addition to his professional achievements, Neal has a diverse sports background. He was a competitive trampolinist and played little league baseball until high school, after which he switched to soccer and pole vaulting. During his senior year at Rutgers, he was a cheerleader for the football and basketball seasons. After college graduation, Neal began formal gymnastics training. He eventually became a recreational gymnastics instructor and later a swim instructor. Neal is an Eagle Scout.
