Ro joined Princeton in June 2023 as the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation, Programming. As part of the programming team, he contributes to the supervision of 40 Sport Clubs, coordination of Campus Rec programming, and management of Princeton's Summer Day Camp. Before Princeton, he spent four years at Arcadia University, managing intramural and recreation programming, overseeing Athletic facility operations and student staffing, and organizing gameday promotions.

His professional journey includes experiences in recreation and club sports at Montclair State, athletic fundraising as a Graduate Assistant at Seton Hall, event marketing with the New York Red Bulls, and pregame fan experience with the New York Jets and Giants at MetLife Stadium.

Ro is a member of NIRSA and a certified American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor. Outside of work, he is an avid – but disappointing – golfer who roots for the Phillies and Bengals.
