Ross Brenner

Ross Brenner was named Director of Basketball Operations in June 2026 after spending the 2025-26 season on Franklin C. Cappon-Edward C. Green '40 Head Coach Mitch Henderson’s staff at Princeton as video coordinator.
As video coordinator, Brenner oversaw all video aspect for the team. He collaborated with the coaching staff on scouting, opponent tendencies and practice development. Brenner also assisted the director of operations with operational and administrative tasks.
Brenner came to Princeton after two seasons with the Northwestern men’s basketball team under head coach Chris Collins. In Evanston, he handled a variety of duties for the Wildcats, including player development programs and workouts, video and scouting analysis, and operations support.
Prior to Northwestern, Brenner spent four seasons under head coach Jim Boeheim as a student manager for the Syracuse men's basketball program. His responsibilities grew after being promoted to head student manager before the 2022-23 season, assisting in day-to-day functions, including operations assistance, film breakdown, and statistical annotation.
Brenner also served as head coach of the Syracuse men's club basketball team for the 2021-22 season. He finished the season with an 11-4 record and a runner-up finish in the 2022 NCBBA North Atlantic Regional Championship.
The Randolph, N.J., native graduated from Syracuse in 2023, receiving a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in sports management. While at Northwestern, Brenner received a master's degree in sports administration.
