Ryan Fraccaroli starts his second season with Princeton in 2025.

As the Director of Player Personnel, Fraccaroli is responsible for prospect identification, recruiting communications, and advising in roster management decisions.

Fraccaroli comes from Austin Peay where he was a key part of the 2023 UAC conference championship team, the fourth in school history, and the second FCS playoff berth in program history. His role as a recruiting assistant and later as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting was crucial in these successes. He was responsible for prospect identification, roster management, scholarship management, visits, and other operational needs for the program.

Before Austin Peay, Fraccaroli was at Towson, where he graduated in 2023 with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. In the offseason of 2023, he was hired as a Recruiting Quality Control Coach. He was responsible for prospect identification, coach travel for recruiting, visits, and roster management.

Before Towson, Fraccaroli started his career in the 2022 season with the Naval Academy as a Recruiting Intern, where he assisted with prospect identification, visits logistics, and any program needs.

Fraccaroli, a native of East New Market, MD, currently resides in Bensalem, PA.
