PRINCETON, N.J.-- The men's volleyball team (3-4, 2-2 EIVA) avenged a 3-1 defeat in the 1999 EIVA postseason with a hard-fought 3-1 win over New Jersey Institute of Technology tonight.

Ryan Black (Jr., Webster, N.Y.) killed a season-high 34 balls and had a .580 attack percentage while Dennis Alshuler (Fr., Newport Beach, Calif.) added 29 kills as the Tigers rallied for the win. Steve Cooper (Jr., Webster, N.Y.) poured in 22 kills.

Jason Morrow (Sr., Los Angeles, Calif.) had 91 assists and 12 digs. Scott Dore (So., Newport Beach, Calif.) had 10 assisted blocks and a .429 attack percentage (11 kills).

Princeton hosts Southampton Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
