Today's Note of the Day Quaking - Princeton has won 26 straight Ivy League games. Its only one-goal game during the streak was a 9-8 win over Penn last year at Franklin Field.
Five more notes no media person should be without In case you forgot - Penn led Princeton 7-3 midway through the third quarter of last year's game at Franklin Field. Princeton rallied to take a 9-7 lead, gave up one more goal to Penn and then withstood a breakaway in the final 10 seconds to come away with the win.
Career day - Brendan Tierney had three career goals prior to the game against Yale. He then had three against the Bulldogs. More career - B.J. Prager tied his career high with four goals against Yale, all of which came in the first half.
No Joshing - Josh Sims has at least four points in every game.
Oh say can you see - Junior midfielder Matt Bailer sang the national anthem prior to Princeton's game against Yale Saturday as part of the a cappella group Shere Khan. Bailer then had a goal and an assist and won nine of his 11 face-offs.
