PRINCETON, N.J. - Sophomore Kellie Cramm (Laguna Beach, Calif.) had a match-high 16 kills to lead the Princeton volleyball team to their third straight victory with a 3-0 (30-27, 30-27, 30-24) win at Dartmouth in Friday night at Leede Arena. The Tigers now stand at 9-7, and 3-3 in the Ivy League. The Big Green drop to 7-10 and 2-5 in league play.
Freshman Alex Brown (Los Altos, Calif.), last week's IvyLeagueSports.com Rookie of the Week, had another strong outing for the Tigers with 11 kills and a team-high 18 digs. Senior captain Ana Yoerg (Bloomfield, Mich.) led the team with 38 assists and added 12 digs. Freshman Ashley Webber (South Pasadena, Calif.) chipped in with six kills and 17 digs while junior Abby Studer (Signal Mountain, Tenn.) added eight kills, five digs and three blocks in the win.
Dartmouth's Ashley Dean finished with 30 digs and 10 kills. Ana Jenkins led the Big Green with 11 kills. Lindsay Gorzeman had seven kills, five digs and three block assists.
The Tigers return to action on Saturday, Oct. 27 when they travel to Harvard for another Ivy League match up. The match against the Crimson will begin at 4 p.m.
